We are pleased to share an update on our partnership involved in bringing T-Shape 2 to the US market.

When Artemis began working with Baldan in the US, there were already a small number of Baldan sales representatives in the US. To maintain these relationships, Baldan has continued to support that team.

Today, you may choose to purchase a T-Shape 2 or InfraBaldan from either Baldan or Artemis. The pricing is exactly the same for whichever company you buy from, and both sales teams report to Simon Mansell, CEO of Artemis, to ensure a unified strategy in the US market.

The difference comes in how you will be supported:

  • If you purchase from Baldan: Your training and support will be provided by the Baldan team, which is managed from Italy. You will also have the option of launching with a special event in your business organised by Baldan.
  • If you purchase from Artemis: Your training and support will be delivered locally in the US by the Artemis team. In addition, Artemis is actively promoting T-Shape 2 treatments directly to consumers via TryTShape.com, and Artemis customers have the opportunity to participate in these campaigns to drive new business into their locations.

We believe this approach gives our customers flexibility, clarity, and strong support — whichever route you choose.

  • Se si acquista da Artemis: La formazione e il supporto verranno forniti localmente negli Stati Uniti dal team Artemis. Inoltre, Artemis sta promuovendo attivamente i trattamenti T-Shape 2 direttamente ai consumatori tramite TryTShape.com, offrendo così ai clienti Artemis l’opportunità di partecipare a queste campagne per generare nuovo business presso le loro sedi.
