This section describes how we collect, use, and protect your mobile phone number when you opt in to receive text messages from Artemis Distribution.

Information We Collect for SMS:

When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, we collect your phone number and record of your consent (including the date, time, and method of opt-in).

How We Use Your Mobile Number:

  • To send SMS/text messages regarding your account, orders, or partnership status
  • To send promotional or marketing messages if you have opted in to receive them
  • To upload to advertising platforms through our own business accounts for the purpose of serving our advertisements, measuring conversions, and building custom audiences

How We Protect Your SMS Information:

  • Your text messaging opt-in consent will NOT be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes
  • No third party will use your opt-in consent to send you messages on their own behalf
  • Advertising platforms that receive your mobile phone number through our business accounts are contractually prohibited from using it for their own independent marketing.

How to Opt Out:

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact us at support@artemisdistribution.com to update your preferences. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further marketing texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
