  • Existing Partners and Learners: An Artemis B2B partner who utilizes our online learning management system (LMS), LearnDash, via my.artemis.co.

  • Prospective Partners: Businesses engaging with our content that share their details with the intent of purchasing a device and establishing a partnership.

  • Ecommerce Purchasers: Prospective or existing partners that purchase any of our products directly available through store.artemis.co.

Information we collect

We collect several types of information, including:

SMS/Text messaging privacy

This section describes how we collect, use, and protect your mobile phone number when you opt in to receive text messages from Artemis Distribution.

Information We Collect for SMS:

When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, we collect your phone number and record of your consent (including the date, time, and method of opt-in).

How We Use Your Mobile Number:

  • To send SMS/text messages regarding your account, orders, or partnership status
  • To send promotional or marketing messages if you have opted in to receive them
  • To upload to advertising platforms through our own business accounts for the purpose of serving our advertisements, measuring conversions, and building custom audiences

How We Protect Your SMS Information:

  • Your text messaging opt-in consent will NOT be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes
  • No third party will use your opt-in consent to send you messages on their own behalf
  • Advertising platforms that receive your mobile phone number through our business accounts are contractually prohibited from using it for their own independent marketing.

Service Providers:

Your mobile number may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, including our customer relationship management system, lead routing tools, and advertising platforms. These providers operate under strict contractual restrictions and may only use your data to perform services for us—not for their own independent purposes.

Message Frequency & Rates:

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out:

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact us at support@artemisdistribution.com to update your preferences. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further marketing texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Categories of service providers

We engage trusted third parties to support our operations under strict contractual restrictions. The purposes for which each type of Personal Data is collected through the Services are as follows:

  • Providing the Services to Users

  • Performing analytics on the Services

  • Contacting the User

We have implemented measures to secure your personal information. Online payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and handled by our PCI-compliant processor, Authorize.net.

Children’s privacy

Our Services are intended for a professional audience and are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
