Shipping.

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Your available shipping method at checkout reflects the slowest eligible option for all items in your cart—but rest assured, faster-eligible items may ship separately and arrive sooner. Only one shipping fee is applied per order.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll do everything we can to keep it moving—but please note, carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

To ensure the safe delivery of your purchase, all orders $500 and over require a signature upon delivery.

Device orders.

We handle device shipments with extra care to ensure the best possible onboarding experience.

Flagship Devices

Shipping costs vary depending on the device and your delivery location.

Delivery typically takes 1–3 months after purchase. This timeline depends on completing our mandatory onboarding process, which includes:

  • Business eligibility confirmation

  • Contract review and completion

  • Required training sessions

Our team will guide you through every step of the process and support you throughout our partnership together.

Therabody Products

All Therabody-branded products (including devices and accessories) ship separately from other items.

  • Flat-rate shipping: $25 per order

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Consumables and accessories.

We offer three delivery options for most consumables and accessories. The choices shown at checkout will depend on your location and time of order.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days – For weekday orders placed before 12pm EST

  • Next Day Shipping: 1 business day – For weekday orders placed before 12pm EST; Friday orders arrive Monday

Returns.

We aim to resolve every issue with care and clarity. To initiate a return or report an issue, email Artemis Support with your order details.

Please keep all original packaging until your return is fully processed. Items must be returned in original, unused condition, and packaging may be required for inspection or safe transit.

Devices and device parts (including Therabody)

  • If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide proof of the defect or damage, and we will arrange for a swap-out. Outside of this time frame, then the terms of your product warranty apply.

  • Order cancellations before delivery are accepted, but incur a 10% restocking fee (minimum $10). Devices are not eligible for refund once delivered.

  • All returns are subject to approval and inspection. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Consumables

  • Consumables (gels, oils, serums, skincare, etc.) are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

  • If your consumables arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof; we will arrange a replacement.

Accessories

  • If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide proof of the defect or damage, and we will arrange for a swap-out. Outside of this time frame, then the terms of your product warranty apply.

  • Change of mind: Accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Approved returns receive exchange or Artemis store credit (up to $3,000), minus a 10% restocking fee (minimum $10). No cash refunds.

  • All returns are subject to approval and inspection. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Tracked and insured shipping is recommended.
